I take joy in my role of recruiting and developing fantastic people who have a desire to excel in helping their community be better protected in the time of a loss. Much of my time is also spent helping customers with their home financing and retirement plan. I was introduced to State Farm during college, and have been working with the company since I was 20 years old. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and graduated from Washington State University following a short time in Arizona. I believe the biggest cause of financial failure is a lack of help from a trusted and caring professional. My team and I want to provide the help most Americans need in their financial plan. We’ve been a leader locally and nationally achieving Chairman's Circle, S.V.P., Ambassador Club, and many more awards and recognition for dedication to our customers. I love my time out of the office serving in kid’s ministry with my church, coaching Crossfit, and being outside and active with friends and family. During the winter you’ll find me on the ski slopes with my beautiful wife of 13 years or one of my two loveable kids.

Jose started his career with Ryan Paulson’s State Farm Agency in 2018. He is licensed in Property, Casualty, and Life & Health in Washington and Oregon.

Jose attended Skagit Valley College. He enjoys making a positive difference in others’ lives and helping others.

In Jose’s down time he is repairing, remodeling, or working on construction. He is grateful for his health, family and friends and is most proud of his kids.

As one of our longest team members, Shannon started her career with Ryan Paulson’s State Farm Agency in 2018. Shannon is a problem solver and enjoys helping customers become properly insured. She also enjoys helping her team members grow in their careers by making sure they succeed and get the help they need early on in their careers.

She is licensed in Property, Casualty, and Life & Health in Washington and Oregon.

In Shannon’s free time she is designing or creating an art piece. She is most proud of being a single mother and happiest when making an impact.
